Why Leave Your Current Job?

Join a team that values your expertise and invests in your future
Tired of Being a Number?
Large nationals treat engineers like interchangeable parts. Here, you're a valued team member. Will knows your name, your skills, and your career goals.
Unrealistic Targets?
We don't push upselling or hit you with impossible quotas. We want quality work that builds our reputation, not rushed jobs that create callbacks.
No Career Progression?
We're growing. That means opportunities for progression - team lead roles, specialization in renewables, or branching into different areas. Your career can evolve here.
Poor Work-Life Balance?
Yes, there's emergency work, but we're realistic about it. You're not expected to be available 24/7. We work hard during work hours and respect your personal time.
Frequently Asked Questions

Professional standards in every job we do
What boiler brands do you mainly install?
We're brand-agnostic but work primarily with Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, and Baxi. We'll support you to get manufacturer accreditation if you don't already have it - Worcester and Vaillant training is particularly valuable for your career.
How much emergency work is there?
Emergency work is part of the role, but it's shared fairly across the team. We're honest about this - winter is busier, and you'll get callouts. But we're not a 24/7 emergency-only service, so it's balanced with planned work.
Is there potential to move into renewables?
Absolutely. With the UK moving away from gas boilers long-term, we're building our renewables capacity. Experienced gas engineers who want to train in heat pumps have excellent progression opportunities here.
What's the interview process?
It's straightforward: a chat with Will to discuss your experience and what you're looking for, possibly a quick practical assessment if needed, and a trial day to make sure we're right for each other. No bureaucratic hoops.
Can I see the van and equipment before deciding?
Of course. Come to our Great Bedwyn base, meet Will, see the setup, and ask all the questions you want. It's a big decision - we want you to be confident it's right.
