One plumber, one price, agreed before the work starts
You get a written fixed price after the survey or the phone call, not a running clock. The figures on this page are the real starting points, and the calculator below uses the same numbers.
Standard Attendance
From £150 + VAT
Our minimum attendance covers the first hour of work. Materials are charged at cost. For small jobs, this is often all you pay.

Priority Same-Day
From £195 + VAT
For something urgent that is not an emergency. Will fits you in after the day’s booked work, usually between 5pm and 7pm, so the diary holds and you are not paying emergency rates for a problem that can wait a few hours.

Day Rate
From £695 + VAT
For larger jobs taking a full day. Covers all labour from start to finish with no hourly clock-watching.

Emergency Call-Out
From £285 + VAT
Emergency response outside normal hours. Payment required before dispatch to ensure we’re committed to your call.

How Our Pricing Works
Small Jobs
e.g. tap repair, unblocking a drain
We charge our standard attendance fee of £150 + VAT. For many small jobs, this covers everything.
Larger Jobs
e.g. bathroom installation, major repairs
We’ll visit to assess the work, then provide a fixed-price quote before we start. No surprises.
