What wet underfloor looks like
A manifold in a cupboard: flow and return bars, a flow meter on each loop, the blending valve that drops the water down to floor temperature, and the pump that moves it round. The white tails run out to the loops under the floor; the copper below is the feed from the rest of the heating.

No. I am not Gas Safe or OFTEC registered, so I do not touch gas or oil boilers, and I will not pretend otherwise on the phone. What I do is everything on the wet side of the system: radiators, valves, the underfloor pipework, power flushing, pumps and the cylinder. If your boiler is the problem I will say so and point you to a Gas Safe engineer; if it is the system around it, that is me.
Do you install both electric and hot water radiators?
Yes, we install both electric radiators and traditional hot water radiators connected to heating systems. We'll recommend the best option based on your property and heating needs.
How long does radiator installation take?
Most single radiator installations take 2-4 hours. Multiple radiator installations or system modifications may take longer depending on pipe work requirements.
Do you provide power flushing services?
Yes, we provide professional power flushing to clean heating systems, remove sludge and scale, and restore efficiency. This improves heating performance and reduces energy costs.
Can you install underfloor heating in existing homes?
Wet underfloor is my side of it: the manifold, the pump and blending valve, the pipe loops and the connection back into the heating. That is what this page is about and what I fit. Electric mat systems are electrical work, and in a bathroom or kitchen the connection is notifiable, so a qualified electrician does that part, issues the certificate and notifies building control. I am not Part P registered and will not pretend otherwise. The two visits get booked together.
Do you provide heating system maintenance?
Yes, we offer annual heating system maintenance including pressure testing, efficiency checks, and preventive maintenance to keep your system running reliably.
