Is there a contract tie-in?
No. Our plans are rolling monthly. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What systems are covered?
Unvented hot water cylinders, general plumbing, and the wet side of your central heating (radiators, pipework, pressure). We don't work on gas or oil boilers — for boiler servicing we'll happily recommend a trusted Gas Safe engineer.
Can I use the plan immediately?
Your annual service can be booked from month 2. Repair discounts apply from day 1.
Do you cover heat pump cylinders?
Yes — we service unvented hot water cylinders, including heat pump cylinders, as part of your plan. The heat pump unit itself needs an MCS-certified installer, which we can recommend.
How do I sign up?
