Fix what is failing without ripping the room out
Most refreshes land between £2,200 and £3,500 inc VAT
Best for: Leaking shower panels, a tired suite, a downstairs loo that needs a lift.
What we do
- Strip out the failed panels, tiles or fittings in the wet zone
- Wall preparation and moisture-resistant boarding where needed
- Fit your new panels, WC, basin, tap or shower and connect everything
- Full reseal in sanitary-grade silicone and a working test
- Waste bagged, removed and disposed of; room left clean

- Our tiler fits your wall and floor tiles, adhesive, grout, trims and silicone included
- Shower tray on a riser kit, shower, screen, WC, vanity and basin installed and tested
- Floor protection on the access route, cutting done outside to keep dust down

How a bathroom fit runs
Seven stages, one plumber on site throughout, with a tiler and an electrician booked in around them. A full bathroom is usually two to three weeks.
- SurveyFree, an hour or so, at your house. I measure up, check the water pressure and look at what is behind the walls and under the floor. Nothing is priced from photographs.
- Design and quoteA written fixed price with the suite, tiles and brassware named, and a list of what is not included. Valid 30 days. No obligation and no charge.
- Strip-outOld suite out, tiles off, waste and skip handled. Usually the first day. The room is back to brick and floorboards by the end of it.
- First fixNew pipework with isolation valves on everything, waste runs, and a stud wall where the pipes need hiding. The electrician does notifiable work here and issues the certificate.
- Tiling and tankingWet areas tanked before anything goes on the wall. Tiling is the slowest stage and the one that most affects how the room looks, so it is not rushed.
- Fit-offSuite, brassware, shower, screen, and the trims. This is the week the room stops being a building site and starts being a bathroom.
- Testing and sign-offEverything run, checked for leaks, silicone finished, site cleaned. I walk you round it before I ask for the final payment, and the work carries a 12-month guarantee.
