Bathroom Fitter

Most of Rosebourne's work is bathrooms and shower rooms, and the plan is a second fitter who can take a job from strip-out to handover. You would start alongside Will on live jobs across Andover, Marlborough and Hungerford, and the aim is that within a year you are running your own installs with Harry, our apprentice, while Will does the surveys and the quoting.

What You'll Do - Strip out, first fix, second fix and handover on full bathroom installs - Walk-in showers, wet rooms and bath-to-shower conversions - Work to a fixed price agreed with the customer before you start - Coordinate the tiler and the electrician on each job - Leave the room finished to a standard you would put your own name to

The Jobs - Period cottages, farmhouses and modern estates around Marlborough, Pewsey and Andover - One job at a time, done properly, rather than three at once - Your work photographed for the website with your name on it if you want it there
