Handyman / Maintenance
Every bathroom leaves a list: a door to trim, boxing-in to build, a wall to make good and paint, a towel rail to fix. At the moment that is Will, or nobody. This role is the person who takes the list, and the maintenance calls from existing customers and landlords that come with it.
What You'll Do - Carpentry and joinery around bathroom and kitchen installs - Boxing-in, making good, decorating - Fixings, shelving, blinds, doors and locks - Minor non-gas plumbing once shown - Property maintenance visits for existing customers and landlords
The Opportunity - A new line of work for Rosebourne, shaped round what you are good at - Working with a plumber, not in a queue behind one
- Four years or more multi-trade experience
- City & Guilds or equivalent in at least one trade, competent in two
- Carpentry: doors, locks, general joinery
- Full UK driving licence
- Own hand tools (power tools provided)
- Salary £25,000-£38,000
- Company van and fuel card
- Power tools provided
- Pension scheme
