My toilet keeps running. Do I need a new one?
Usually not. A toilet that runs, trickles into the pan or fills slowly is nearly always the fill valve or the flush valve, and both are replaced in under an hour from £150 + VAT including the part. A new toilet is the answer when the pan or cistern is cracked, when the outlet is the wrong size for a modern suite, or when the old one is close-coupled to a bathroom you are redoing anyway. I will tell you which before any work starts.
Do you supply toilets or do I need to buy them?
We offer both options - we can supply quality toilets from leading manufacturers, or professionally install toilets you've purchased. If buying your own, we recommend consulting with us first to ensure compatibility with your existing plumbing setup.
