For urgent issues that can wait a few hours (not true emergencies), consider our Priority Same-Day service from £195 + VAT instead — it saves you money while still getting attention today.
What is Priority Same-Day service?
Priority Same-Day (before 7pm) is our middle tier at £195 + VAT for urgent issues that aren't true emergencies. It's scheduled after our booked work (typically 5-7pm), giving you same-day attention without the emergency pricing. Ideal for problems like a leaking tap, toilet not flushing properly, or low water pressure — urgent but not catastrophic.
Why does emergency plumbing cost more?
Emergency call-outs (£285+) cost more because we may need to leave other jobs, work outside normal hours, and prioritise your emergency immediately. For urgent but non-critical issues, our Priority Same-Day option (£195+) offers a middle ground — same-day attention without disrupting our scheduled work.
Do you charge extra for evenings and weekends?
Our emergency pricing starts from £285 + VAT regardless of time or day. We don't add hidden call-out charges or inflated weekend rates. The price we quote is the price you pay.
